How Our Fee Works

You pay nothing upfront.
When you choose a subcontractor, the cost is:

5% prepaid credit applied directly to the subcontractor’s invoice
This means you effectively only pay 5% — the subcontractor pays the other 5% by applying your credit to your final invoice.
